Miss Helen Goodner is a young, soft spoken attorney in the United States attorney general's office. She will represent the government in a series of income tax appeals in the upcoming week, as part of the United States Circuit Court of Appeals, Fifth District's 12-day session with Judge Joseph C. Hutcheson Junior of Houston presiding. Miss Goodner is a native of Weatherford, Oklahoma. She received her law degree for the National University in Washington. and practiced four years in the office of her father, a tax attorney. Miss Goodner is shown sitting at a desk with a stack of papers. She is wearing a dark blazer and a necklace. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, November 4, 1946.
