Inaugurating a new chapter in furnishing weather to Army Air Forces pilots and handling messages to personnel aboard planes. An interior shot of report room is pictured here. Shown here are Fort Worth Army Air Field, Staff Sergeant (Sgt.) Harris W. Hazlett and Master Sergeant (Sgt.) Paul B. Rogers. Both reporters are wearing uniforms. Sergeant (Sgt.) Hazlett (standing) tunes in the radio receiver while Sergeant (Sgt.) Rogers receives and broadcasts. There are handy mike and typewriter. The receiver is in the top panel. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, November 1, 1946.
