Description
The broad grins of C. W. Wofford (left), Community Chest president, and Homer Covey, one of the three leaders in the chest's annual drive for funds. They announced Thursday at a luncheon that Fort Worth had gone over its $453,029 quota with contributions reaching $468,829. They are shown standing near a board that shows "Grand Total Goal". Both are dressed in suits and ties and looked happy. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, November 1, 1946.
