Description
When J. N. Edens Senior entertained the farm club boys of Navarro County, the Future Farmer band of Corsicana furnished music during the picture. Here in the picture is Charles Henry Harrison, 4-H Club boy, who exhibited at the picnic the self-feeder he had just finished. Charles Henry had the champion calf at the Corsicana show last year – an animal bred by R. L. Wheelock. This year he is feeding a calf bred by Wayne Milligan of Streetman.Harrison is wearing vertical striped overalls, button shirt with rolled up sleeves and a baseball cap. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 2, 1940.
