Wayne D. Foreman, taken into custody after roaming over a ranch near Texas Christian University for at least two days. He was unable to say why he was here or where his clothes are. The picture was taken as he shivered in county trail. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, October 25, 1946.
