Description

Reverend T. S. Zachry, center, superintendent of schools for the Dallas diocese, presided at the Seventh Annual Diocesan Teachers Institute, a one day event. Addresses were delivered by Dr. M. J. McKeough, left, of the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and Dr. J. A. Gorham, right. They are in clerical clothing, standing next to each other, with shelves of books in the background. Approximately 300 parochial school teachers from North Central Texas assembled at Our Lady of Victory College to study educational techniques. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, October 16, 1946.
