Leaders with the Girl Scouts are meeting to discuss troop activities. Pictured left to right are Mrs. Sam Gardner, Miss Ruth Mulkey, and Mrs. B. B. Longacre. Mrs. Gardner is the leader of Brownie Troop 39. She is dressed in a hat, button-up blouse, and a skirt. Miss Mulkey is a Girl Scout training advisor for the New Mexico-Oklahoma-Texas region. She is explained weaving procedure to the women. She is wearing a button-up dress. Mrs. Longacre is the head of Brownie Troop 1. She is wearing a plaid, collared dress.
