A law was recently put in place to provide automobiles to amputees. Posing with the first to be delivered to Texas, left to right, are James E. Evans, C. R. Francis, and A. H. Lightfoot. Mr. Evans is a former Marine from Bridgeport, Texas. He is receiving the keys to his new car. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers. Mr. Francis is the commercial sales manager at Texas Motors. He is wearing a dark, double breasted suit. Mr. Lightfoot is the manager of the dealership. He is dressed in a double breasted suit.
