    Description

Doris Merle Krueger types with one finger as she does her school work. This is an aid to her because it is still difficult for her to write due to spastic paralysis. Doris is a Meridian High School honor student who is a victim of spastic paralysis. Her mother, Mrs. August Kreuger of Meridian, president of the Bosque County Spastic Circle, looks on with approval. Doris is wearing a checkered dress and is seated in front of a small desk typing on the typewriter while Mrs. Krueger leans on the desk and looks on. Mr. Krueger is wearing a belted plain dress.
