Description
Part of the crew which performed a "double-quick" packing job Tuesday getting a fleet of trucks ready for the journey to Louisiana of the advance detachment of the Service Company, One Hundred and Forty-fourth Infantry. The trucks left Tuesday at midnight. The packing crew was directed by First Sergt. Jack Knebles while the movement of the service contingent to the scene of the maneuvers is the charge of Capt. Karl W. Brockman, in command of several units.
