J. F. Young, of Kansas City, Missouri, is the sixth vice president of the International Order of Railroad Telegraphers. He is in Fort Worth, Texas, stressing the need for railroad telegraphers. He is meeting with W. A. Canafax, the general chairman of the Texas and Pacific Railway, to discuss the shortage. Mr. Young is sitting o a couch, dressed in a pinstripe suit. He is shown reading through a report.
