Description
A group of sixty-nine Fort Worth, Texas Shriners are traveling on a Santa Fe tour of West Texas. When the train reached Sweetwater, Texas the officials were greeted with breakfast. Working in the kitchen, left to right, are Mayor Willis Davis, L. A. Wilke, Delas Reeves and Phil Sheets. Mayor Davis is dressed in a suit and an apron. Mr. Wilke is the manager of the Chamber of Commerce. He is wearing a suit and an apron. Mr. Reeves is a judge in Nolan County. He is dressed in a suit and an apron. Mr. Sheets owns a hotel in Sweetwater. He is wearing a dress shirt, necktie, and an apron. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 23, 1946.
