The Fort Worth Young Men's Christian Association (Y. M. C. A.) is receiving a citation of recognition. The citation is from the United States Army and Navy for the organization's aid to service men during World War II. Making the presentation, left to right are Sergeant Charles F. Case, Harry K. Brown, and Major Jack L. Graham. Mr. Brown is accepting of behalf of the Y. M. C. A. He is dressed in a suit. Sergeant Case and Major Graham are dressed in their military uniforms.
