Description

H. C. Preslar is the mayor of Childress, Texas. He is a special agent for the Burlington Lines and holds a special commission as a Texas Ranger. Early Thursday morning, Mr. Preslar helped rescue city policeman, H. L. Stephenson from an angry crown at 8th and Main Street. Mr. Preslar is sitting at a table, drinking a cup of coffee. He is dressed in a double breasted suit.
