    Description

    Nicknamed "Buck and True Love," two deer truants from the Forest Park Zoo are pictured here. They are shown since their escape Wednesday, have set up housekeeping in a new high-fenced enclosure at the north end of the zoo. Buck came back to True Love Sunday after he was trapped in the yard of a residence near the park. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 9, 1946.
