Description
At the age of sixty-five, William P. Higgins will fulfill the life-long dream of traveling with the circus. He recently retired from the Armour and Company after forty-one years of service. With free time on his hands, he has arranged to see how the circus operates, first hand. In the fall he will leave for a few weeks' tour with the Ringling Brothers show. Mr. Higgins is sitting at a desk, wearing a dress shirt and a striped necktie.
