Description

The East Fort Worth Lions Club is devoting a portion of their meeting to driving safety. In attendance, left to right, are G. L. Ledingham, Captain Karl Howard, and Marcus Curd. Mr. Ledingham is president of the Lions Club. He is wearing a striped suit. Captain Howard is a Fort Worth Police Officer and chairman of the safety committee. He is wearing his uniform. Mr. Curd plays the role of careless driver "Joe Blow," the traffic hazard, in a driving safety series featured in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. He is dressed in a hat, collared shirt, necktie, and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, September 6, 1946.
