Description
The Fort Worth Star-Telegram is running a series on driving safety. Playing the role of a careless driver "Joe Blow," the traffic hazard, is Marcus Curd. His girlfriend, Milly is shown behind the wheel, hanging an arm outside the window. Medical authorities warn against the dangerous practice. Another vehicle could sideswipe her car and sever the arm. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, September 3, 1946.
