Officers of the Rosen Heights Civic League, which is to hold a picnic in Buck Sansom Park to promote interest in a campaign to obtain equipment for the park, are, from left to right, J. B. Porter (vice president), Walter Andrews (chairman of the park committee), Mrs. Juliet Sedberry (secretary), W. L. Scott (chairman of the membership committee) and Ray Finney (president).
