Description
Deputy Sheriff A. P. Narkin (left) of Amarillo, Texas, leads Frank W. James, 21 year old bandit. The two are shown about to walk up the steps of the Criminal Court Building. Prior to this, Mr. James had escaped from county officers days before, but decided to turn himself back in. The men are both dressed in belted trousers and long-sleeve shirts. Mr. Narking is also wearing a hat. Mr. James has his hand in pocket and looks to his right as he ascends the staircase. Behind them is a parked car and two other men following up.
