Montgomery Ward and Company employees honored Norman K. Patton (center, standing) at Glen Garden Country Club on the occasion of his promotion and transfer to the Chicago, Illinois, home office. He is shown receiving a farewell gift from local mail order house employees. In the group, left to right, are E. H. McKinney, G. E. Haack, Normand K. Patton, M. W. Kenny and C. L. Ettelson. Kenny (standing) is presenting the gift. The other employees are seated at a dining table. All the men are wearing suits.
