Thousands of Fort Worth, Texas citizens are flocking to the Fort Worth Army Air Field (FWAAF) for Air Force Day. Receiving a personal tour of the Link Trainer from Lieutenant R. A. Wheeler is sixteen-year old Norman Love. Norman is sitting inside the cockpit taking a nose dive on the advice of the lieutenant. Norman, Alexandria, Louisiana, is visiting his aunt, Mrs. W. M. Roberts. Lieutenant Wheeler is dressed in his military uniform. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, August 2, 1946.
