Description
Fort Worth Cats hosted the visiting Beaumont Exporters at LaGrave Field. Cat outfielder and third baseman Boris "Butch" Woyt is sliding into the plate after a daring steal of home. A cloud of dust surrounded the plate as Beaumont's catcher, Eldon Muratore, attempted to apply the tag. Woyt is the first Cat to steal home since 1939. The umpire is standing behind the plate, holding his mask as he tries to make the call through the dust.
