Description
The Fort Worth Cats catcher, George Pfister, was ejected in what he called one of the oddest ways this season. He was behind the plate when third base umpire Fowler made a call Pfister disagreed with. Pfister grumbled at the call and home plate umpire Carter tossed the catcher from the game. Pfister is pictured kneeling in front of a door dressed in the Cats' home uniform.
