Description
The Fort Worth Cats played the visiting Houston Buffaloes Sunday at LaGrave Field. In an odd play in the fourth inning, Ed Filo of the Buffaloes slid safely into second base ahead of Bob Gorbould's throw to Monty Basgall. Basgall went through the double play motion anyway and threw out the batter, Jim Basso, at first to retire the side.
