Description
The Houston Buffaloes were in town to play the Fort Worth Cats Saturday at LaGrave Field. In the bottom of the third inning, Eddie "Duke" Snider slid into third in a cloud of dust ahead of the throw from centerfield. Houston's third baseman, number 10, Al Kubski, fielded the throw from the outfield. Duke Snider is 19 years old, participating in his first Minor League season.
