Description
There is a heartthrob for every figure in these financial records of the Tarrant County Chapter, American Red Cross, which R. W. Fender, treasurer since 1922, will turn over to a successor to be elected at the organization's annual board meeting. Due to a change in by-laws, Fender is off the board for the first time in 24 years. He is sitting by his desk and holding some documents. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 16, 1946.
