Shown here is G. G. Plummer. He is an employee of Riverside Ice Company. Due to a shortage, ice is being rationed. The shortage is one of the worst in several years. The line of cars is stretching three blocks. Mr. Plummer is handing out twenty-five-pound allotments Sunday afternoon. He is dressed in a button-up shirt and trousers. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 15, 1946.
