Description

A 16-car train carrying 250 Texas Lions and their wives to Philadelphia for the Lions International convention rolled out of Santa Fe station here in Fort Worth, Texas, Saturday morning. Lions International convention quartet members are pictured here. They are shown seated inside the train with musical instrument. The harmony is delivered by the Decatur Lions Club "Hot Rocks" quartet. From left to right, are Bobby Boyd, N. E. Reeves, Hershel Anderson and David Spencer. All are dressed in uniforms. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 13, 1946.
