    Description

    Captain Arthur Fred Pankey is on terminal leave from Germany for his parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. E. Pankey. He was overseas 20 months, first with an infantry division, and later with an rail transportation battalion as head of the troop and supply movements. At the time he entered service over three years ago, he was a student at Texas A&M and a graduate form Paschal High School. He is photographed from waist up. He wears a tee shirt and has his arms crossed behind him. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 14, 1946.
