Description
The Armour & Company Packing Plant is preparing Monday's heavy cattle purchases for Wednesday delivery. Pictured inside one of the huge cooling rooms at the plant, left to right, are Earl Martin and J. L. Braumbaugh. They are sawing a beef carcass into sections. Both men are dressed in a hat, butcher's coat, trousers, and gloves. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram evening edition, July 11, 1946.
