    Description

The Fort Worth Cats hosted the Tulsa Oilers Wednesday night at LaGrave Field. Henry Schenz, Tulsa's league-leading hitter, was out by a baseball mile when he tried to score from third on a fly ball to centerfielder Jay Haney of the Cats. Haney threw a strike to catcher George Pfister well ahead of the runner. The umpire is standing behind the plate, preparing to call Schenz out. They play saved pitcher John Van Cuyk his shutout.
