Pitchfork Products -- This picture shows Ed Nolan, one of the top hands on the Pitchfork Ranch, near Guthrie, mounted on the 3-year-old Palomino stallion, Pitchfork Silvertone. They are showing in a prairie. The sire of this horse is Silvertone, owned by R. L. Underwood, Wichita Falls; and the dam is a mare from the Albert Mitchell ranch in New Mexico. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 12 1946.
