Off To Convention -- Texas delegates to the National Federation of Business and Professional Women's convention in Cleveland, Ohio, donned cowboy handkerchiefs before entraining at the Texas and Pacific Station (T&P Station) here Friday. These delegates are shown standing against a wall and laughing. From left to right, they are, Mrs. Marjorie McMahan of Fort Worth; Miss Marguerite Anderson of Abilene, president-elect of the Texas Federation of Business and Professional Women's (B&PW) Clubs; Mrs. Flossie Kysar, president of the Fort Worth Club, and Mrs. E. Laske, North Side Club. All four women are dressed well, wearing fancy hats, carrying their purses and looked professional. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 6, 1946.
