Winning Palominos -- Palo Pinto County livestock show at Mineral Wells. Dr. H. A. Zappe of Mineral Wells with first prize stock horse Gelding. Dr. Zappe is standing near the horse in an open field and holding the rein. He is wearing suit and tie and a cowboy hat. He is smiling and posing for the photo. Published in The Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, July 6, 1946.
