Texas Christian University (TCU) parking space expansion. John Polzin of Taylor, Texas and Howard Grubbs, director of athletics watch a giant steam shovel scoop out the hillside where the parking lot extension will be. They stand on a hill behind and left of the Shovel. Behind them are trucks a section of the bleachers. Published in Fort Worth Star-Telegram, morning edition, July 7, 1946.
