Description
Check-Off -- Fifty Lena Pope Home boys pile off a Red Cross Motor Corps bus at Forest Park pool where they took their first swimming lessons Tuesday. They are pictured here. Checking them off the bus are, left to right, Mrs. Dora Sylvester, Red Cross swimming instructor, and Misses Doris Fern Hamm and Doris Jean Bridgess, Motor Corps drivers. These women are standing on the ground near the bus door. Some boys are standing on the bus door step, some peering out of bus windows.
