Description

While on tour in Fort Worth, Texas on June 17, 1946, Bob Hope stopped by the Colonial Country Club for a round of golf. Mr. Hope was in town to perform his variety show at Farrington Field the next day. The golfers left to right are: Jack Malloy, E. W. Landreth Junior, Bob Hope and W. A. Moncrief. Mr. Malloy is wearing a short-sleeved shirt, trousers, and a golf glove. Mr. Landreth is wearing a button-up shirt and trousers. He is leaning on a golf club. Mr. Hope is wearing a striped short sleeved shirt and trousers. He has a golf club tucked under his arm. Mr. Moncrief is wearing a button-up shirt, trousers, and a golf club. He is holding a golf club and his hat. A crowd of people are following the golfers as they make their way to the tee box. There are two girls laughing behind Mr. Malloy. The club house is in the distance.
