Mrs. Guion Stapleton returned from her home in Melbourne, Australia with winter clothes and found it necessary to supplement her wardrobe. She is displaying one of the new cotton dresses she purchased in Fort Worth, Texas to her husband Guion and her son Simon. The family is sitting on a wicker bench on their front porch. Mr. Stapleton is wearing a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled-up and trousers. Simon is dressed in a button-up shirt and shorts. Mrs. Stapleton is wearing a plaid dress.
