Description
Milton Shifflett, son of Mrs. J. E. Fuchs, is the local representative to attend the national Red Cross convention. Milton is a member of the Junior Red Cross Student Council. He is a senior art student at Amon Carter Riverside High School. Two of his paintings were exhibited in the National Art Contest in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Milton is wearing a checkered short sleeve shirt and trousers. He is holding a rolled-up piece of paper.
