Description

American Legion 4th Division Commander, Howard Hudgins, right, congratulates Harry K. Brown, upon his election to become the Division's next commander. Mr. Hudgins of Vernon, Texas is wearing a dark colored suit and a hat with the word "Commander" stitched on the side. Mr. Brown of Fort Worth, Texas is wearing a uniform with a star and the word "Texas" on his shoulder. He is also wearing a hat that says "Texas." There is a table in front of the men with a podium, pieces of paper, and a pitcher of water.
