Joe Rullo and the Tulsa Oilers were in Fort Worth, Texas, for a series against their division rival, the Fort Worth Cats. Rullo is a 30-year-old second baseman from New York, New York. He spent part of two seasons in the Major Leagues with the Philadelphia A's. Rullo is sitting in the dugout, wearing Tulsa's road uniform.
