Description
Irvin Farman, a Fort Worth Star-Telegram sports writer, is the latest addition to the p.m. copy desk. The twenty-four-year-old Missouri man was a navigator in the Army Air Forces and a graduate of Missouri University, class of 1943. He was a member of Sigma Delta Chi and Kappa Tau Alpha, Sports editor of the school paper, and played shortstop on the varsity baseball team. Mr. Irvin is sitting in a chair with his legs crossed. He is wearing a dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, a necktie, and tweed trousers.
