Sandra Canning, recent Paschal High School graduate, won the $25 third place prize in the nationwide safety poster contest of the American Legion. She is shown sitting on a chair and wearing a dress with a ruffle on the front. Behind her is a shelf and table on which there are various books and figurines. Miss Canning is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. F. Canning.
