    Description

Garbage containers like these, now use in at Liberator Village, must be replaced or prosecutions by the county health department will result, according to R. Lealand Hunter of the Fort Worth Housing Authority, and Dr. W. B.Neis, County Health Director. These containers are favorite haunts for swarms of houseflies and are half filled with water after rains. The garbage cans shown have no covers. The containers are lying on one side of the street on the pavement. There are houses and an automobile in the background. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
