Lieutenant Colonel Benjamin F. Witsell headed the flight of 19 helicopters serviced at Fort Worth Army Air Field Tuesday morning. Lt. Col. Witsell is wearing his uniform and is standing at an airfield next to a helicopter. There is a mechanic in the helicopter cockpit.
