Description
James Edward Ferguson, 3 years old, harried city detectives Tuesday with a silence broken only by sobbing as he sat in police quarters. Charles P. Turner of 3415 Avenue M, Fort Worth, Texas found the child alone in Capps Park. His parents Mr. and Mrs. John Ferguson of 410 Greenleaf said the boy strayed or fell from their pick-up truck. In the image, James is seen sitting on a chair wearing a striped-shirt and dungaree shorts with no shoes. He seem to have a wound under his left eye. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 22, 1946.
