Description

James Ezell Dodson, ten-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Dodson, Forest Hill, Monday delivered $4.63 to the Baby Hippo Fund. The money was collected in a jar placed in the Dodson's grocery store. James is standing against a wall wearing a checkered shirt and trousers, holding a mason jar filled with money he collected for the fund. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 21, 1946.
