Description
J. C. Ledbetter, blind since 1937, returned home with his new Seeing Eye dog Brownie, that replaces a former pet which died two months ago. In the image, he is standing next to Brownie, holding the canine by a leash. Next to him is his luggage. He wearing a suit and round frame eye-glasses. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 20, 1946.
