Governor Kerr of Oklahoma and his daughter, Kay, 15 are pictured here. They were among the passengers at the Union Station who had to wait for the message that started trains to moving again. Both father and daughter are sitting at the railroad station as they pose for the camera. Kay is wearing a floral print grown and a hat. Governor Kerr is wearing a button-up suit and tie. Published in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram morning edition, May 19, 1946.
